Our People and Equipment

Matthews Construction is a licensed highway heavy electrical contractor through the Virginia Department of Professional Occupational Regulation.  We’re capable of handling any commercial or residential development job or government contract.  We own and service our own equipment:

• Both 50 foot and 43 foot bucket trucks
• 2 derrick trucks with 45' reach
• Augers ranging in size from 8 to 36 inches and a depth of 13 feet
• We also have highly trained employees whom are certified through 3M to install high voltage terminations.

3 service trucks and pole trailers are capable of carrying up to 50' poles.
